For the period: 2008 - 2009
The Board of Directors of Monash Country is responsible for the management of the business and affairs of the Club.
The Board is elected annually at the Club's AGM usually held in April.
The Sub-Committees that report to the Board are:
- Match and Greens,
- Course Strategic Planning,
- House,
- Social,
- Finance,
- Membership, and
- Audit and Compliance
The General Manager is responsible for the implementation of Board policy, including the responsibility for the legal and day-to-day operations of the Club.
The Board meets monthly on the last Wednesday of each month.
