Our men’s Major Pennant team played Richmond at Eastlake GC in a scorcher last Sunday. Sadly it ended in a heartbreaking loss on the 19th hole when the opponent of Graeme Inglis holed out for an eagle 2. The match was always tight, we had Anthony Tse in with a win, Mats Weiss and Chris Abbott were up and the team needed Graeme to come up with a win. After the opponent holed out it was all over and Mats and Chris’s matches were declared a square. Special thanks to Frank Gurren, Patrick Byrne and Matthew Byrne who were all on hand to support the team.\u00a0<\/p>\n
A review of selection criteria will take place in 2026 when we join the likes of Royal Sydney, Long Reef and Killara in Division 3.<\/p>\n
