Faces of Monash – Eytan Udovich
Published on 30th July 2018 in UncategorisedHow long have you been a member: 22 years
When did you start playing golf: 1994
Your first course: Monash, which was a tough introduction to golf
What made you join Monash: I had quite a few friends here and I lived in St Ives. Malcolm Sender convinced me to join and I hadn’t even played the course.
Lowest handicap achieved so far: 12
Favourite hole on the course: The 13th, it is a great design and the bush rock is spectacular. The hole gives the golfer risk reward options.
Best course outside of Monash that you have played: The Quarry Course at Joondalup WA.
Favourite Golfer of all time: As a late starter to the game I have loved watching Tiger Woods.
Have you seen him play live: No, only on TV.
What course in the world would you like to play: Augusta National
And your playing partners: Howard Knapp, Howard Furness, Jay Abrahamsen
Any funny stories at MCC: Being hit up on by Dan Sloman’s group every week, which resulted in us wearing Hi-Vis vests on the 1st tee.
Finish this sentence, “I love coming to Monash because….”For me, it’s a great escape after a busy week of work and such a big part of my life”.
