Bridge Group – Duplicate Bridge on Thursdays
Anyone keen on their bridge, or who would like to learn more, will be welcome to join our Bridge Group.
On Thursdays at 9.30 am, we start with a brief lesson in the modern approaches to bidding or play which is followed by 16 to 20 hands of duplicate Bridge. Partnerships are welcome, but not necessary. These enjoyable sessions are run by an experienced Director from Trumps Bridge Centre.
Anyone who wishes to learn from scratch should first attend a Beginners Course, probably 5-8 weeks, at one of the many teaching convenient centres, such as Trumps Bridge Centre in Mosman (Phone: 029969 5959, Mobile 0412 947 279), Peninsula in Warriewood (9970 6527)or Northshore Bridge Club at Club Willoughby (0437 274 343).

Legacy Day & AIF Cup – Saturday 9th November
Our big fund raiser for the year for this very worthy cause.
We’ve already had a wonderful response from Members to our call for Sponsors.
All contributions to add to our prizes are also welcomed, whether of a golfing nature (bag? Balls?), experience (Day on the Harbour?) or desirable objects or devices (TV? Headphones?) etc.
The day is open to all Monash Members in a playing Category with a two-shotgun start (07.30 and 13.30) will be an extravaganza of fun, food and the odd freebie.
Volunteers needed, please, to sell raffle tickets, and help on the day. Names either to Reception or to Maddy Gulliver 0412 465 161.

Enjoy your Golf! Maddy & Di
