COVID Vaccinations and Certificates

Your Board and Management therefore wholeheartedly support, endorse and indeed encourage all members, who are able, to get vaccinated. We recognise that there will be some members who will be unable to get vaccinated but in the majority, the sooner we all get vaccinated, the sooner we will be ready to take advantage of any easing in restrictions.
The Premier recently announced that NSW residents who have received both first and second shots will be able to “gather” in groups of up to five from 13 September. Whilst this does not mention exercise (golf), it is a distinct possibility that exercise will be included and therefore it is important that we are prepared for such potential changes. As always we will be guided by the advice of our governing bodies.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
So, in an effort to be prepared for these potential changes and to avoid a last minute rush and hence member disappointment, we would request all current playing members who have had both vaccination shots, to email their vaccination certificate, or print off a copy and drop same into the office during office hours Monday to Friday. Please email your certificate to Helen Jackson finance@monashcc.com.au or myself gm@monashcc.com.au
Naturally as this is personal information, it will remain confidential and will only be used internally to adhere to any potential legislative requirements.
