Merry Christmas & Happy Chanukah (Hanukkah). Festive Period Operating hours.

Dear Members,

Firstly, I would like to wish our Jewish members a Happy Chanukah (Hanukkah).  Chanukah can be known as the festival of lights that commences on Nightfall Sunday 14th December and ends on Monday December 22nd. 

As we approach Christmas and the holiday period, the information below outlines the holiday playing schedule, a selection of enjoyable competitions, and the Office and Clubhouse opening hours throughout the festive season.

Office Opening Hours 

• Tuesday 23rd – Open
• Wednesday 24th – Opening until 1pm
• Thursday 25th – All Facilities Closed 
• Friday 26th – Sunday 4th – Closed
• Monday 5th January – Open

Christmas & New Year Playing Schedule

Friday 26 December (Boxing Day):

• Two-tee start from 6.52 am to 8.36 am (competition)
• One-tee start from 11.08 am to 12.44 pm (competition)
• Social play from 1.00pm following the competition field. 

Thursday 1st January (New Years Day):

• Two-tee start from 6.52 am to 8.36 am (competition)
• One-tee start from 11.08 am to 12.44 pm (competition)
• Social play from 1.00pm following the competition field. 

Festive Competitions & Events

• Sunday 21 December – Christmas Ambrose:

  • A 3/4-person Ambrose event, our annual festive day of fun

  • Members are encouraged to dress in their best Christmas attire

• Thursday 8 January – Invitation Day:

  • Members may bring one guest to play for the competition fee only

  • Guests must hold an official Golf ID and be a member of a recognised green-grass club (virtual clubs will be required to pay guest fee)
