Kids Christmas Party a huge success (photos attached)
Published on 7th October 2022 in UncategorisedThe Kids Christmas party was a huge success, fortunately only catching the edge of the storm and delaying the show for a few minutes. At least the temperature dropped by 10 degrees. Santa arrived in the Ingleside Fire truck which quickly departed to play its part in the nearby rescue services, taking our own RFS volunteer Declan with them in the process. Wonder Woman and Spiderman arrived to the thrill of the kids who chased them up the driving range to greet them.
The day could not have gone ahead without the push from Board members Paul Rudgley & Robyn Burns or the extremely hard work that Mark Bennett put in to ensure everything went seamlessly. Thanks to Ken Murphy for the signage produced and all members who volunteered to assist on the day: Lyn Gray, Anne May, Max Gray, Terry Katx, Ian Katz, Peter Burns, Geoff Atherton, Tom Smith, Gary Loupos, Keith Fletcher, Graeme Dear, Maddy Gulliver and Matthew Byrne.
