Junior Meeting – Saturday 9th February

We are asking all Juniors and their parents to attend a Junior Meeting on Saturday 9th February at 2pm in the Members Bar. Here we will discuss coaching in 2019 and gather ideas on what you would like to see from the Club. The junior meeting is also open to members who are wishing to introduce the game of golf to their children or grand children.  

The Junior coaching is going to move to a Thursday afternoon at 4pm starting from the 14th February. Changing the coaching day to a Thursday will also allow the use of the course and give the Juniors on-the-course experience. Each week we will be working on different aspects of the game, including a rules session which will benefit the kids when they play in different competitions.

The Juniors will be split up into 2 groups based on handicap and skills test results. This will give the kids a chance to practice and learn with others at a similar level and also give the kids in the second group a chance to work their way up.
