Golf Lessons

Tuition conducted seven days a week with an all weather area to protect students from the elements and to ensure a personal and private touch. One on one lessons conducted by Glenn Phillips and Daniel Paton with Daniel and Mitchell Harry also running the Junior Program. Group lessons, playing lessons, introductory programs and an extensive junior program are all available to members and guests. Monash has a thorough and extensive new golfer program for women running for over 13 weeks ensuring great outcomes for all who attend.

Glenn Phillips

Glenn was a Trainee Professional at Asquith Golf Club and Kingston Heath Golf Club. He was the Assistant Professional at Concord Golf Club for over 10 years and continues to hold a membership there. He was also formerly the Head Professional at Lane Cove Country Club and Asquith Golf Club.
He is the winner of more than 12 Pro-Am events including one two round event and one four round event.
Glenn has been an attendee at every Australian Teaching and Coaching summit and has also attended European and United States Teaching and coaching summits.
He has coached and continues to coach multiple State and Australian Amateur Champions as well as PGA Tour players.
Glenn has studied and coached the game for over 30 years and has lectured PGA Trainees for over 10 years as part of their education programme.
Glenn is an experienced and qualified Club fitter specialising in Titleist, Ping and Callaway using Flightscope ball and club tracking technology. He can also play the game left and right handed.


Daniel Paton

Born on the Gold Coast Daniel joined Southport Golf Club as a junior and remained a member until 2010. In 2010 Daniel, whilst studying a Sports and Golf Management degree with the PGA IGI and Griffith University, travelled to Malaga Spain representing Australian Universities in the World University Games. In 2011 he joined the team at RACV Royal Pines Resort home of the Australian PGA championship and completed his traineeship in 2013. From Royal Pines Daniel re-located to Northern Ireland in April 2014 to work as an Assistant Professional at Royal Portrush Golf Club, home of the 1951 and 2019 Open Championship, as well as home to the 2011 Open Champion Darren Clarke. During his time at Royal Portrush Daniel formed a great passion for teaching all levels of golfers and receives great satisfaction in helping golfers achieve their goals.
